Tsubo is always evolving and refining, borrowing old practices with modern techniques, looking to Japan for inspiration. We source high quality regional ingredients from small producers and are constantly searching for new things to bring to the table.

Tsubo has an extensive drinks list, with a strong emphasis on quality sake.
