Snow Report

Last updated24/08/2019 7:10 am

A little dusting of snow overnight, it's a cold start -2 degrees, the skies are clear and the sunrise is glowing. The snow base will be very firm first up but it's forecast to warm to around 3 degrees so will soften. The cross country trails are in good condition, a couple of patches appearing with all this sunshine but all skiing well. If you're heading up on the DP Hotham trail remember you need a Smart Card if you plan to catch the bus back. Cobungra Platter is running 9am -4pm, Learn to Ski lessons at 10am. Pea shooter toboggan run is groomed and ready for sliding and snow play.
Both roads are open, Hotham had 2cm ovenight so chain fitting to 2WD from Blowhard to Dinner Plain but it won't last long so look out for the remove chains signs.
